| September 26, 2007 Lincoln exhibit in Stevenson-Ives Library - August 23 through October 5, 2007 Lincoln exhibit in Stevenson-Ives Library. Illinois State University’s Milner Library is hosting the traveling exhibit “Forever Free: Abraham Lincoln’s Journey to Emancipation.” In conjunction will this exhibit the Museum will display Lincoln-related items in the display case outside the Library. Open 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, Monday through Friday & noon to 5:00 pm, Saturday and Sunday. Parenting and Disabilities Expo - PARENTING AND DISABILITIES EXPO SEPTEMBER 26, 2007 6:00 P.M. TO 8:00 P.M. Parenting as a person with a disability Taking Care of Our Elder Parents as they become people with disabilities Participating demonstrators include: EASTER SEALS, PATH SENIOR SERVICES, ILLINOIS DEPT OF REHABILITATION SERVICES, LIFE CENTER FOR INDEPENDENT LIVING, THE YWCA, THE AUTISM SOCIETY OF MCLEAN COUNTY, SPECIAL LIVING MAGAZINE, MT. MORIAH'S GIFTS MINISTRY, THE MARC CENTER, THE OCCUPATIONAL DEVELOPMENT CENTER, THE MCLEAN COUNTY HEALTH DEPARTMENT, MIDAMERICA CORPORATION AND THEIR “GOOD TO GO!” WHEELCHAIR POWER ADAPTOR, HEARTLAND COMMUNITY COLLEGE, CAREPAKS, AMBUCS AND THE ARC OF ILLINOIS.
