| October 30, 2007 Uptown Normal Treat Feast - The Uptown Normal Merchants Association will hold their annual Treat Feast in Uptown Normal on Tuesday, October 30, 2007. Take part in this safe Trick-or-Treating activity as uptown merchants hand out treats for children dressed in costumes. Take a walk down Beaufort and North Street in Normal and join the fun.
