Prairie, Bloomington Open house set at historic house on Franklin Park The owner of 908 N Prairie, Bloomington, an historic home on the west side of Franklin Park, known as “the castle,” Sara McClure Franklin, will open her home to the public from 6 to 8 p.m. on Friday, Sept. 21. The event is $10 per person which includes appetizers and wine. The event is sponsored by the Old House Society Foundation and proceeds go to their capital campaign.
