Ross Kennedy, Ph.D presents Perspectives on the Vietnam War: The discussion will deal with how the U.S. became involved in the Vietnam War and how McLean County responded. Kennedy is Associate Professor of History at Illinois State University, specializing in U.S. foreign relations.
