A Halloween favorite in Central Illinois, Treat Feast is coordinated annually by the Uptown Normal Business Association. Come joins the hundreds of costumed kids and their families as Uptown merchants hand out goodies to all! Treat Feast is a great way to explore the Uptown while trick-or-treating in a safe environment.
