Heartland Community College Foundations Evening of Dreams is the signature annual event of the Foundation and helps support the scholarship program and the Child Development Lab. This year Evening of Dreams presents A Night at the Races! The event will be held at Bloomington Center for the Performing Arts from 6 to 9 p.m. on Thursday, September 09, 2010. The evening features video Horse Racing for everyone, unique live auction items, silent auction, & DJ entertainment.
Horse Racing Every attendee will be presented with a specified amount of pretend money upon entering the event. The evening features four video horse races in which attendees are encouraged to place bets with their pretend money. Winners will be entered into a drawing to win great prizes!
Live Auction Unique items and services donated by supporters of the HCC Foundation will be presented in a live auction. If you or your company would like to donate a live auction item, please contact us. All live auction item donors will receive recognition at the event.
Silent Auction Silent auction packages (estimated minimum value of $100) will feature items donated from local businesses and individual HCCF supporters. If you or your company would like to create a package or donate a single item for the silent auction, please contact us. All silent auction donors will receive recognition at the event.
Buy Tickets Tickets for Evening of Dreams are $50 each and can be purchased online. A full table at the event seats eight people.
