Winter Wonderland Run Saturday, January 7, 8:30 a.m.
The ABC (Adventures Benefiting Children) Runners invite everyone to join them to for a winter run in Funks Grove. Run on roads or wind your way through wooded trails. Throw snowballs, chase deer, and leap a creek! The public is invited to join the ABC Runners for this Fun Run/Walk which includes 7 & 9 mile road courses. Shorter distances can be enjoyed by turning around at a chosen mile marker. Afterwards, warm up in the Nature Centerit will be open at 8:30 a.m.with coffee, tea, hot cocoa, coffee cake, and other treats! Runners are encouraged to bring their families to explore the Nature Center while they run, however, please leave no child unattended.
There is no fee or registration required for this event, but donations in any amount are encouraged. Funds collected will benefit our nature play area, Imagination Grove.
