The Normal CornBelters, presented by the Illinois Corn Farmers, are currently selling tickets for the State Farm Legends Reception, and State Farm Legends Game. Tickets start at only $7 each, and CornBelters package ticket holders have the opportunity to purchase discounted tickets for the game!
The reception will be held at the new Marriott in Uptown Normal on August 13 at 6 p.m. There will be a cocktail hour prior to dinner at 7 p.m. Following dinner, each of the participants in the game will speak.
The game will take place at the Corn Crib on August 14 at 7 p.m., and the gates will open at 6 p.m.
Some of the players scheduled to appear are Bob Dernier, Keith Moreland, Turk Wendell, Micky Morandini, Rick Reuschel, Bill Buckner, John Tudor, Andy Van Slyke, Cal Eldred and Tito Landrum.
