The Bloomington and Normal Libraries are again teaming up to bring our annual Community Reading Program A Tale for Two Cities to the area during the month of April.
This year, participants are being asked to read Warren St. Johns "Outcasts United: An American Town, a Refugee Team, and One Woman's Quest to Make a Difference."
St. John will speak at the Bloomington-Normal Marriott Hotel & Conference Center in Uptown Normal at 7 p.m. on April 12.
