July 12th and 13th Uptown Normal will be holding the annual Sugar Creek Arts Festival. On Saturday join Uptown Normal will celebrate from 10 am to 5 pm, and on Sunday it will go from 11 am to 4 pm. Bring the family and friends, walk around, and enjoy the art.
