Ooh-La-La! Kids of all ages are invited to a 10am Fancy Nancy Soiree in the Childrens Department at Bloomington Public Library. (Soiree is French for party. Everything sounds fancier in French!) Well have a splendid story time featuring Fancy Nancy and her posh pup, Frenchy, followed by cool crafts and awesome activities in the Childrens Department. Dont forget to wear your finest attire! (Thats a fancy word for clothes! Dresses, hats, ties, tiaras, sunglasses, and other glamorous accessories are all encouraged).
