Led by frontman Kim Wilsons soulful voice and blistering harmonica, The Fabulous Thunderbirds have been thrilling audiences with their blend of blues and rock since 1974. With hits like Tuff Enuff, Wrap It Up, and Powerful Stuff, their roadhouse-style sound is a mix of swampy blues, shuffling rhythm and sparkling guitar. They are joined on stage by Bloomington favorites Hip Pocket. A true institution on the local music scene, Hip Pocket takes the CEFCU stage on a leg of their farewell tour.
