The 32nd Annual Bloomington Parks & Recreation Turkey Trot run on Thanksgiving Day. 1/2 mile fun run for ages 8 to 14, 3 mile run for other age groups 15 to adult. All participants receive a ribbon and are eligible for drawings for frozen turkeys. The race also features a 1.5 mile non-competitive walk.
