Physics Day-Waves
All Ages
Water waves on the ocean, on a pond, or in a swimming pool are only one kind of wave. Light and sound also travel as waves, and you may have been part of a wave in a stadium. The ISU Physics Club will bring demonstrations that will fascinate you as you can make waves on a slinky, see your voice, and explore other waves on your own!
Date: September 16 Time: 10:00 to 11:00 a.m. Cost: Activities are free with paid admission of $6 per person ages 2 and above. Children under 16 must be accompanied by an admission-paying adult.
