Vibrant and seductive, DanceBrazil has created an athletic style of movement which melds the energy of traditional capoeira with contemporary twists. Capoeira is the dance-like Afro-Brazilian martial arts form that first emerged among slave communities in Brazil in the 16th and 17th centuries. The richly colorful music and costumes, samba-inspired dance, and whiplash movement of capoeira - that is the glory of DanceBrazil.
