Pre-Event
News Release
Our area prides itself on the events we host. At your direction, we will develop and submit a news release to all local media detailing your event. Information for the news release is required at least three weeks prior to your event.
Literature/Maps
Please let us know if you would like any information on the Bloomington-Normal Area for your participants. We can provide you with Visitors Guides, Brochures, Maps and a Calendar of Events.
Tour Assistance
With unique and exciting attractions, your attendees will have a great time in Bloomington-Normal. Our area offers historical tours, cultural activities, arts & theater, educational experiences, golf, shopping and nightlife. Let us know if we can help schedule some exciting activities for spouses and family members during the event.

Registration Assistance
For every 100 rooms per night you use in McLean County, we offer four free hours of on-site registration assistance services.
Name Badges
We will provide name badges for your attendees at 50 cents a piece. We will need a complete list of names three weeks prior to your conference. The name badge can hold up to three lines of text.
