Crystal Howard became the new Executive Director of the BNACVB in December 2002 and has led the staff in establishing Bloomington Normal as a premiere market for Sports, Tourism and conventions.
Howard has 25 years of experience in the hospitality industry including eight in a Convention and Visitors Bureau office.
