Guided tours offered during February and March show sirup-making by the “boiling down” process. Tours for groups of up to 30 must be arranged in advance and depend upon weather conditions. Shop in the gift store stocked with Funk’s brand sirup as well as Route 66 memorabilia. The store is open March through August.
